Introduction

I do not know how to figure the caloric/nutritional information for juice vs. raw vegetables. I had to add ingredients for raw veggies, not juice, so the calorie totals are probably somewhat less. Ingredients

    5 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 large head of Romaine lettuce
    3 cups kale
    1 naval orange
    1 large lemon
    2 red apples
    5 red, orange, gold baby sweet peppers
    1 large red beet

Directions

Wash thoroughly. Juice. Drink. Enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes one half gallon or so
