Ingredients

1.5 apples
1.5 oranges
1 banana
1-2 c. fresh spinach
4 oz. fat-free greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder (I use Whole Nectar soy protein)
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender (make sure your blender can handle the apples; I use a Vitamix) and blend until everything is smooth.
