Introduction

Ingredients

    1c coconut oil
    1/2c almond butter
    1/4c honey
    1/4c crystalized ginger
    3T coconut flour
    1T cinnamon
    1t salt
    1t nutmeg
    2c pumpkin seeds
    1 1/2c shredded coconut
    1c dried blueberries
    2c banana chips, crushed coarsely

Directions

Mix all ingredients from coconut oil to nutmeg in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and press into a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate 4 hours and cut into bars.
