Introduction

I generally have all this as a meal replacement, but it could easily be cut in half and used as an actual dessert. I just prefer 'dessert-for-dinner' when it's this healthy! Ingredients

    1 cup Raspberries (or other fruit)
    1/2 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
    1/2 cup lowfat Yogurt
    1/3 cup Granola
    1 TBSP Honey

Tips

I sometimes omit the honey, but it gives it a nice kick of sweetness, so I included it for the basic recipe. Also, french vanilla yogurt even better than regular if you have it on hand. You can replace the fruit with whatever you prefer, raspberries are just my fave. :)


Directions

Mix first four ingredients together. Add honey. Serve.
