Ingredients

Crushed tomatoes 2 lg cans
3 Cups Red Kidney Beans (light or dark) if canned drain and rinse
1 cup black beans if canned drain and rinse
1 cup of water
2 Tbsp Chili powder
1 or 2 tsp cayenne pepper spice ( spicy to taste)
2 Tbsp Log Cabin Sugar Free Maple Syrup or Walden Farms 0 Calorie Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
1lb 93% Fat Free Ground Turkey
Directions
If you are using canned beans drain and rinse well.
Put all ingredients in a stock pot togther except for the Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
let simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally
@ 1 hour mark add Sugar Free Maple Syrup, this takes the bitterness from the tomatoes out. Gives just a suttle sweetness.
let simmer for another 30 minutes.
add, Kraft Fat Free Cheese and onions as a condiment.
Serving Size: Makes 6- 1.5 cups

KENLIGRACE
Sounds yummy and so many variations could be made from this great starter recipe. I like it spicy so I would add freshly diced jalapenos and a whole onion diced up added while it cooks and fresh on top after cooking. I also like to add a bit of vinegar. Adds some twang. Woo Hoo! I bet jalapenos are good in this recipe. I cannot have to many of them though. But it does sound good. :)
