Ingredients

    cut up veggies(whatever on hand)
    Zucchini
    canned corn(not in this recipe)
    sweet peppers
    green onion(fresh chives)
    cut up tomatoes
    macaroni about 4 cup unprepared
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    whatever spaghetti sauce is on hand
    browned ground beef lean
    can of chopped olives(not in this recipe)

Tips

this is one of those dishes that you can take out, add more and tweak however you like, i dont know why its called goulash thats just what my mom always called it


Directions

chop veggies to fit your liking, brown beef drain grease and rinse for healthier option, add sauce veggies and beef into a large sauce pan to simmer for about 20 minutes or until macaroni is cooked and drained. Cook macaroni as package directs. add everything together in a large pot and add cheddar cheese , stir till it is all melted
