Ingredients

    1/2 small banana
    3 strawberries, sliced
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup milk (non fat)
    iogo yogurt, cherry 100g

Tips

I have added spinach and my hubby loved it...and he's not a "greens" fan. Protein powder would make it even more a stand alone breakfast. Have fun and enjoy!


Directions

Combine in a blender and whirl until smooth. 30seconds? Pour into a cup and enjoy.
