    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Walnuts, .6 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Shortening, Crisco, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), 1 serving (remove)

Tips

You can use Buttermilk in place of apple sauce too!


Directions

Grease a Bundt cake pan with shortening or cooking spray. Mix all other ingredients. Cook at 350 for about 60 minuets or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle of pan. Invert pan over plate. Engoy warm or let cool and frost.

Serving Size: Makes about 18 slices!
