Ingredients

    1 large banana, mashed well
    1/2c oats (instant or rolled)

Mix-ins- Anything that sounds good to you! (optional)
    Chocolate Chips
    Raisins
    Walnuts
    Cinnamon & chopped apples?
    White chocolate & macadamia nuts?

Tips

Instant oatmeal has a finer texture than rolled oats, which is chewier.

Substitute 1/2c pumpkin puree for the banana and add pumpkin pie spice for a twist.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mash banana well. Stir in oats, adding a little more if dough/batter is too wet. Add any mix-ins desired (don't forget to add to calorie count!).

    Very Good
I have made these a few times. Today I added some PB2, which added only a mild peanut butter flavour. Definitely a nice change for breakfast. - 1/16/19

    Very Good
Nice change for breakfast. I baked at 350 for about 15 minutes but could probably have used a bit more time. - 5/18/17
