Introduction

Ingredients



    Yellow Cornmeal, .25 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Molasses, Brer Rabbit, All Natural, Unsulphured, Blackstrap Molasses, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Maple Syrup, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Morton Salt - Lite Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .25 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix 1/4 cup of milk with the cornmeal.

Whisk 3/4 cup of milk, oil, molasses, maple syrup, salt substitute, ginger, and cranberries in a sauce pan.

Scaled while whisking constantly.

Once the liquid is brought to a high simmer, whisk in the cornmeal and milk mixture, whisking till it forms a smooth paste.

Cook covered on low for twenty minutes, stirring every five minutes.
