Ingredients

    Avocados, California (Haas), 1.5 fruit without skin and seeds
    Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Feta Cheese, 3 oz
    Red Onion, 0.25 middle sized, diced
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper and Salt
    Green onion for serving

Tips

I used feta with sun-dried tomatoes which gave it an extra yummy flavor


Directions

1) Cut Avocado in cubes
2) Add precooked shrimp, lemon juice, diced onion and crumbled feta cheese
3) Mix well
4) Pick cilantro leaves from the stem and cut it into little pieces
5) Add tabasco and salt and pepper as liked, sprinkle with some diced green onion before serving
6) Mix and serve with tortilla chips or thin slices of toasted bread
