Introduction

Ingredients

3 cups of All Bran, Fibre one etc.
2 1/2 warm water
1 package Spice or Carrot cake mix
1 can of pumpkin (19oz)
2 teaps pumpkin spice
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of ground fax seed meal (optional)
1 teaps of baking soda
1teaps of baking powder
Directions
Makes 36 large muffins
Preheat Oven to 350
Mix All Bran and Water in a large bowl for 5 minutes
Mix bran mixture and add the rest of the items except the blueberries. Mix well, then fold in Frozen blueberries
Spray pan into muffin pans and use an ice cream scoup to fill muffin pans 3/4s full
Bake in a preheated Oven for 20 minutes or until tops are firm. REmove from oven and place on cooling racks for 10 minutes. Cool completely before puttting them in containers. Freeze well
I have one of these and yoguart for breakfast each morning. Also good as a snack.
