Ingredients

    Place in Bread Machine in order:
    2 C. Skim Milk (whatever milk you prefer)
    2 tsp. sea salt
    3 TB Olive Oil
    3 TB honey
    4 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 C Bread flour
    about a Tb yeast

    Use "Bread Dough" setting--this takes 1 hr 30 min. in my machine.

Tips

Add a few dribbles of milk to machine during kneading phase if the dough appears too dense and dry.


Directions

Remove from machine an lightly knead into a french loaf shape. Pinch up from bottom to top the whole length of the bread pulling dough up and pinching as you go. Turn over an repeat on other side. Place dough in one long (double) loaf pan or divide into two and place in 2 loaf pans.
