    1 pie crust
    4 eggs
    3/4 c milk
    1c cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper


May substitute skim milk and low fat/fat free chese to reduce calories and fat.


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Bake the pie crust for 7-9 minutes
Beat the eggs and mix in the remaining ingredients
Put the ingredients in the pie crust and bake for 45-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean and the top is brown.
