    Ingredients:

    Radishes, 1 cup slices (remove)
    3 oz baby carrots, 8 oz (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp (remove)



Tips

I split the bigger baby carrots in 1/2 so they roast more evenly.


Directions

Preheat oven to 450

Toss all ingredients in a bowl and place on a cookie sheet all spread out.

Cook about 20 minutes. Or until soft in the middle
