Ingredients

    3 slices of bacon cut in 1/2" pieces
    1 diced onion, about 1 cup
    2 cans of diced tomatoes
    2 cups of Vegetable juice

Directions

In a heavy pan cook bacon until crisp, Remove bacon. Sautee onion until it starts to turn light brown on the edges. Add tomatoes and Vegetable juice. Heat through. Add bacon and serve.
