Ingredients

    2 lb. pork roast
1 tbsp. olive oil for browning meat
    1/2 cup natural peanut butter

    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 Tbsp ground ginger
    2 Tbsp sriracha sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet, add pork roast and brown on all sides. This seals in the flavor. Place remaining ingredients in small food processor and blend.
