Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Large Bell Pepper - any color you like
    1 medium sized Zuchinni
    1 medium sized Summer Squash
    1 medium onion
    Terriyaki Sauce

Tips

Soak Wooden Skewers at least half an hour before
Tongs Help turning the skewers on the grill
Can also be cooked or finished in the oven.


Directions


Cube Chicken into 1" or so chunks
Cut the Pepper and Onion into 1" chunks also
Slice the Zuchinni and Squash about 1/2 inch thick so they hold up a little better on the skewer
Toss all ingredients in a bowl with the Terriyaki or Other Yummy Sauce
Prepare your Skewers alternating the ingredients

I just turn the grill on Low/Med. Cooking time is so quick, just put your kabobs on the grill with a little space in between, Close the lid for about 5 minutes, turn and give it another 5 minutes. You may just like a little grilling and finish them off in the oven, or cook on a lower heat on a higher rack in the grill. These can also be done in the oven on broil, but I'm not sure on how long they take.
