Ingredients

Juice of 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, about 1 tbs
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/4 tsp salt & pepper
1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb shrimp (de-veined for easy)
Tips
Could also be done with other dense white fish or chicken
Directions
Mix everythig but oil & shrimp together. Slowly stir in oil with fork. Add srhimp
Let sit for at least 20 min.
Heat grill on high, with lid closed.
Place shrimp on skewers and, with room between them.
Grill for 2-3 minutes per side with lid closed.
