Ingredients

    Mixed Frozen Fruit 1 cup (Any fruit blend)
    Green Tea 1 tea bag (brewed in 1 cup of water and cooled)
    Non Fat Plain Yogurt 6 oz
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (put in freezer for an hour and it blends better))
    Crushed ice 1 cup
    **Honey 1 tbsp (optional)

Tips

***Green Tea tea should be brewed in 1 cup of water and cooled before adding to other ingredients.
**Optional: Spinach blends better when frozen - place spinach in the freezer for an hour.
*****This recipe will fulfill 2 cups of daily water intake
**Optional: Adding honey is optional. It helps to eliminate the tartness of the spinach. Not adding the honey will reduce the caloric and sugar count.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
