Ingredients

Chicken
4 Chicken Thighs
4 Ham slices
4 Swiss Cheese slices
1/4 cup of Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Hollandaise Sauce
1 stick of butter
2 egg yolk
1 lemon squeezed juice
2 tbs of hot water
Directions
Pound the chicken flat then roll a slice of ham and cheese inside the chicken thigh and secure with toothpicks.
Beat egg in bowl to use as a coating. Mix parmesan, garlic and bread crumbs in a 2nd bowl. Dip chicken in egg solution then bread crumbs.
Pan fry until golden then bake at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes (check with meat themometer).
Sauce:
Heat butter until melted. In seperate bowl, mix egg, lemon, and dash of salt. Remove butter from stove and gradually whisk into the egg mixture until thickened. Add water, return to sauce pan and whisk until thickened to desired consistency.
