Ingredients

    12 eggs, scrambled
    1 roll Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    12 flour tortillas

Tips

I let the mixture cool before rolling the burritos. Once they are rolled, I wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze. For a quick breakfast, unwrap from plastic & loosely wrap in paper towel. Pop in microwave for a minute, turn, then another 45 to a minute.


Directions

Cook sausage & remove from pan. saute pepper & onion in grease until tender. Remove from pan. Scramble eggs, then add sauage & veggies back into pan and mix ingredients. Divide mixture evenly into the torillas and roll up. Serve with salsa, cheese & sour cream if desired.
