Just something I was craving to no end...maybe you are too! Just something I was craving to no end...maybe you are too!
Number of Servings: 24


    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/3 cup butter, softened
    1 large egg white
    1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 teaspoon baking soda
    2/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup quick-cooking oats (not instant)
    4 ounces white chocolate chips


This recipe shouldn't take more than half-an-hour! :)


1. Preheat oven to 375░F.

2. In a bowl using an electric mixer combine the sugar, brown sugar and butter; mix well to cream together.

3. Add in egg white and vanilla; combine evenly.

4. Add cinnamon, baking soda, and flour. Mix well.

5. Fold in oats and white chocolate chips. Make sure that they are distributed evenly throughout the batter.

6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 3 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375░F until edges are a light golden color.

7.Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes on the cookie sheet, then transfer cookies to cooling rack.
