Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    *Hidden Valley Light Ranch, 4 tbsp
    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.75 cup

    Mix ingredients and put in muffin tins. Cook for 25 mins at 350.
