Ingredients

    2.5 pounds English cucumbers sliced thin into half moons
    1.5 cups sour cream
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup fresh chopped dill weed
    chopped Bremuda onion, optional

Tips

1.3 TB dried dill in place of fresh
1/3 recipe....
1 cuke, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1.3 TBS vinegar, .5 TBS dried dill


Directions

Slices up cucumbers
You can salt and drain them for up to 4 hours over a colander if you wish. This is a worthwhile step but you can do it with out as well.
Mix up dressing and add to cucumbers
Salt to taste
