Introduction

Great healthy stir fry. Great healthy stir fry.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 TBSP EV olive oil
    Birds Eye Ultimate Stir Fry Mix (14 oz bag)
    Jasmine Boil in the bag white rice (1 bag)

    Sauce:
    3 TBSP Apricot preserves
    2 TBSP soy sauce
    2 TBSP water
    1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
    1 tsp fresh ginger root or 1/2 tsp dry ginger

Tips

Add your favorite meat to the dish or beside. If the jam won't mix in microwave for 30 sec


Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
Add stir Fry vegetable & cover. Cook for 10 min
Meanwhile add bag of rice to boiling water. Cook 8-10 min or as stated.

Mix sauce ingredients together & pour over vegetables. Add rice & mix together. Serves 3
