Ingredients

    One head cauliflower
    3 T. reduced fat parmesan cheese
    .5 t. salt
    .25 t. nutmeg
    .25 t. pepper
    1 t. butter buds

Directions

boil water, add cauliflower. Cook until cauliflower is very soft. Drain. Place in food processor. Add other ingredients and process until smooth.
