    2 cups of chickpeas
    2 tbls grapeseed veganeese
    2 tsp mustard
    1.5 tbls relish
    1 cup of cucumbers chopped

Tips

Really tasty when eaten with crackers.
May add steamed potato pieces.


Directions

Chop the chickpeas to resemble egg/potato salad, then add ingredients and mix.
