    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Blackberries, fresh, .12 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 large (1-3/8" dia)
    *Frozen cut rhubarb, 0.25 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, 1 cup
    *Dole Field Green Mixed Salad, 1 oz
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    *Almonds, dry roasted, .25 oz (22 whole kernels)
