Ingredients

    Archer Farm Basil Pesto Sauce, 1/3 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup
    Six Cheese Italian Style Blended cheese, shredded, 3/4 cup
    Archer Farms Ultra Thin & Crispy Round Pizza Crust
    Spinach, fresh, 2.5 cup
    Red Onion Fresh, 1/4 cup
    Fresh Baby Bella sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup
    Tomatoes, sliced, 1/3 cup
    Minced Garlic, 2 tsp

    Optional Seasonings:
    Oregano, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika

Tips

Eat it with a nice side salad; Top it with fresh oregano, garlic powder, and smoked paprika! Can even use low fat cheese!


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Slice up onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes.

Mix minced garlic in the sauce.

Spray the pizza crust with a layer of cooking spray and then spread the sauce over the pizza crust.

Sprinkle with half of the grated parmesan cheese.

Layer spinach and tomotoes and half of the shredded cheese. Layer the mushrooms and onions and place the other half of the shredded cheese on top of that. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top and maybe some oregano and paprika.

Place in oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is slightly browned.

Take out and cut into four sections.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of two slices each.
