Ingredients

    1-1/2 Cup Raw Baby Spinach
    3/4 Cup raw chopped Kale
    1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    1Tbsp Lemon Juice
    2 Tbsp Flax Meal
    3/4 Packet Stevia
    1/2 Cup Water
    2 Ice Cubes
    1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Put all Ingredients (excluding Whey) into Vitamix and blend until smooth. Add whey and gently mix in. Enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes (1) 20oz. Smoothie
