Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 cup fresh or frozen chopped kale
    1 cup frozen fruit
    1 teaspoon natural peanut butter
    1 teaspoon ground flax meal
    extra water

Tips

Feel free to substitute any other frozen fruit you like.


Directions

Add liquid and kale to blender and pulse a few times. Then add fruit, peanut butter, flax meal and some water (if necessary) and blend to make your preferred consistency. Enjoy!
