Introduction

Healthier alternative to "chicken fried steak" with pork instead of beef. Healthier alternative to "chicken fried steak" with pork instead of beef.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb pork cube steak (2 steaks cut in half)
    1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp mrs. dash original blend or your favorite seasoning

Directions

Rub both sides of pork cube steaks with olive oil and coat with panko bread crumbs.
In a non stick skillet drizzle a little olive oil in and over med heat lightly brown each side of pork steak.
Remove and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 375° for about 30-35 min.
