    Yoplait Greek 100 Calories Vanilla Yogurt, 1 serving
    Chia Seed 1 Tbsp
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1 oz

Tips

This recipe originally used old fashion oats as well but I didn't want the carbs.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. I prepare mine the night before.
