Ingredients

    Spirulina, 2 tsp
    Maca Powder, 1tsp
    Bee pollen, 1 tsp
    Vanilla flavored stevia extract (a few drops or to taste)
    Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz
    2% Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup
    Ginger Root, raw/peeled, 1/4 inch
    Baby Spinach (raw), 1 cup
    Bay kale, raw, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 dash
    Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
    Hulled hemp seeds, 2 tbsp
    Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Tangerine/clementine, 1/2 portion
    A few ice cubes

Tips

Add more fruit if desired. Adjust liquid according to preferred viscosity.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender on high speed. You may need to stop and scrape the sides to incorporate the ingredients and resume blending.
