Ingredients

1 Block Ramen Noodles
1 Carrot, chopped or grated
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper chopped
Spinnach
3-5 frozen meatballs
Water
Tips
Try using less of the spice packet included with the noodles or add a dash of your favorite spice (I actually like adding a little bit of curry powder)
Directions
Heat the pan to medium (or whatever gets water to boil on your stove)
Drop in frozen meatballs until they begin to release grease.
Drop in carrot, onion and bellpepper.
Stir lightly until meatballs are browned and onion is cooked.
Add water, bring to a boil.
Add Ramen and stir until cooked through (approximately 4 minutes)
Add Spinach and stir(it will wilt by the time it's served and cooled)
Serve when cooled enough to sip the broth.
