Ingredients

    1 6 oz can Pacific pink salmon, wild
    1 slice no name mozzarella cheese
    3 slices Kraft no fat cheese slices
    half a chopped onion
    1 tbsp flour
    150 grams Egg Creations, original
    half cup no fat milk

Directions

serves 2
Mix salmon, cheeses ,onion, and flour together and put into a small sprayed oven proof dish.
Lightly beat egg creations and milk together and pour over salmon.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 min in a 350 degree oven.
