    2/3 cup agave nectar
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/4 tsp baking soda


If you don't have agave nectar you can substitute the same amount of honey. You may want to grind the almond flour up some more before adding it.


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix agave nectar, butter, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Add almond flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Stir to blend. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until center no longer jiggles and top feels cakey.

Cool on a wire rack at least until sides pull away from the edge of the pan before cutting

Serving Size: makes about 16 brownies
