Introduction

So yesterday I was telling a coworker of mines ( who introduced to keto)I needed something sweet and then I remembered I had no drunk my protein shake so I was souped as it is chocolate.

I went to the fridge and had a light bulb moment.

What if I could freeze these into popsicle?

I could not wait to get home last night so I could give this a try
So I made 2 flavors Vanilla coconut and chocolate vanilla peanut butter coconut.
They did not disappoint at all tho I must say I prefer the chocolate ones. I did them the lazy way.
I made the vanilla ones first then poured into molds then with the rest I added the peanut butter and chocolate. When I make these again I will make 2 separate batch.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 scoop Isofemme Creamy Vanilla Sky Protein mix ( I am sure you can add any kind but I find these taste the best)

    4 tsp coconut oil ( mine was liquid due to the heat if yours is think I suggest nuking it a bit)

    14 oz water

    14 oz Heavy cream
    1 scoop Isofemme Chocolate Temptation Protein mix ( I am sure you can add any kind but I find these taste the best)

    2 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

Add vanilla , heavy cream, water and coconut oil .
Blend these items together and place n 4 molds.

Then add the following to remaining mixture.
Chocolate mix, peanut butter.
Mix some more and then pour in remaining 4 molds.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
