Ingredients

    6 oz. tri-color rotini pasta
    1 C. cucumber, chopped
    1 C. tomato, chopped
    .5 C frozen lima beans, thawed
    .25 C. carrots, cut into rounds
    1 avocado
    4 Tbsp. Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Anything Dressing
    2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

While pasta is cooking as instructed on the package, chop all the vegetables and add them to a large mixing bowl. When the pasta is done strain, and let cool (or run under cold water) for a few minutes. Then add pasta and dressing to the vegetables. Mix until everything is coated. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix again to coat.
