    2oz (4Tbsp) sesame oil (good quality)
    2.5oz (5 Tbsp) apple cider vinegar
    10oz (1.25 cup or 20Tbsp) mayo
    3oz (6 Tbsp) quality olive oil
    1 Tbsp sugar-free sweet relish

    May add:
    sesame seeds if desired
    choice of spices (garlic, onion, etc)
    sweetener

Directions

Mix well.
