Ingredients

    Banana Peppers - 6 rings
    Minced Garlic, 3 tsp
    Onions, raw, 2 small
    Peppers, sweet, green fresh, 1 small
    Boca Chili, 1 serving
    Muir Glen No Sodium Added Tomato Sauce, 1 can
    No Salt Added Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 can
    Mushrooms, fresh, 15 small
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    Extra Firm Tofu, 14 oz
    Salsa, 1.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Sautee all veggies and tofu until veggies are soft on stovetop in PAM no cooking spray.

Mix these and all remaining ingredients in pot, cook over low heat for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally.

Makes 9 1 cup servings
