Ingredients

    Lean ground sirloin
    2 cans Rotel tomatoes
    1/2 Cup diced onion
    8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
    2 cloves minced
    1/2 cup half and half cream
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tblsp cumin
    2 cans or 3 cups beef broth

Tips

Can be served with fat free sour cream, shredded cheese, tortillas, etc.


Directions

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and garlic to meat. Cook a few minutes more. Cube cream cheese and spread/blend with the meat. Once meat is coated, add Rotel tomatoes, spices, beef broth. Bring to boil then simmer about 10 minutes (or more).
