Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 37 oz
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (4 4oz breasts)
    Fage - 0%, plain, 17.6 oz (remove)
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 5 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup
    1/4 c. light cream
    *Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzerella, 1 cup
    Great Value Mozzerella Cheese (shredded/part skim), .5 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 10 cloves
    Basil, 5 tbsp
    Broccoli, thawed and drained, .5 package (10 oz)
    Spinach, thawed and drained, .5 package (10 oz) yields
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Dash of Nutmeg

Directions

Start by cooking chicken breasts in nonstick skillet. When chicken is 75% cooked, remove and set aside on plate to cool slightly. In same skillet, saute onions and garlic. Add salt and pepper at this point. Add milk, cream and sour cream. Add broccoli and spinach. Cut up chicken and return to skillet. Add nutmeg. When mixture is thoroughly cooked, add mixture to cooked pasta in a pot. Add greek yogurt and combine thoroughly with mixture.

In a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray, spoon a layer of the pasta mixture onto the bottom covering the dish. Sprinkle 1/2 c. of cheese, Add another layer of pasta mixture and sprinkle again with 1/2 c. cheese. Repeat until all of the pasta is in the dish.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and serve hot.
