Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    College InnĀ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium, 1 cup
    1 tsp Cornstarch
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Directions

I sauted some onions and garlic in EVOO, browned the chicken on both sides after seasoning with S&P and rosemary, then deglazed the pan with about 1/2 c RF LS chicken stock, and added another 1/2 cup stock mixed with a heaping teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken. Cooked the sauce & chicken for about 5 minutes and added the juice of 1 lemon
