Ingredients

    PIZZA CRUST

    2 Cups buckwheat groats, soaked for 20 minutes and rinsed well

    1/2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked overnight and rinsed

    2 Tbs olive oil

    ½ apple

    ½ cup ground flax

    1 Tbs dried or fresh oregano

    1 Tbs dried or fresh basil

    ½ Tbs onion powder

    ½ tsp sea salt





Directions

Process buckwheat groats and sunflower seeds in a food processor until well blended. Mixture should resemble dough. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Spread dough onto a dehydrator sheet about ¼ inch thick in a round shape. Slice into 8 pieces as you would a pizza crust. Dehydrate overnight about 12 hours.
