I'm always trying to get more fiber and calcium in my diet and this is a little treat that I sometimes have for breakfast. Quick to put together and nice on hot days. Ingredients

    1/4 cup Kashi GoLEAN Crunch cereal
    2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
    300 grams Yoplait Source Lemon Meringue Parfait yogurt

Directions

Measure the Kashi GoLEAN crunch cereal and if there are large lumps, break them up. This is a great use for those little crumbs at the bottom on the bag!

Put half the yogurt in a bowl or parfait dish, and sprinkle evenly with 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed.

Sprinkle with half the cereal.

Top with remaining yogurt and sprinkle evenly with 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed.

Top with remaining cereal.
