Ingredients

    1 box vanilla cake mix
    1 egg
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Mix first four ingredients until smooth, add chocolate chips.
Bake in aluminum foil lined pan for 30 minutes at 350F
