Introduction

sautéed shrimp and scallops with pasta and veggies sautéed shrimp and scallops with pasta and veggies

Ingredients

    1 lb each shrimp and scallops
    olive oil
    butter
    three large garlic cloves
    16 oz mixed veggies steamed
    1 serving size spaghetti broken in four and cooked
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    parsley and basil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

sauté shrimp and scallops in olive oil, butter and minced garlic, steam veggies and cook pasta. make sauce from 1/2 stick butter, olive oil and lemon juice. pour sauce over seafood, veggie and pasta mix and toss until coated.
