Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    • 1 Head of Lettuce
    • 1 Cucumber
    • 2 Tomatoes
    • ¼ Red Onion
    • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil (For Dressing)
    • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice (For Dressing)
    • 1 tsp Honey (For Dressing)
    • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Directions:
1. For the salad: Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut into bite-size pieces. Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Peel onion and slice it as thin as possible.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and onion. Toss together.
3. For the dressing: place the dressing ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously.
4. Add the dressing to the salad, toss and serve immediately.
